Adding an Avitar or sigfile pic

Can someone tell me how this is done? I can't see anywhere to do this in the user control panel. Thanks

I'll do my best to help. First go to the site above and on the left hand side click Create Avatar and chose and picture you want to re-size (80 pix x 80 pix Max.) and save it to your computer. (remember where you save it) I speak from experience
Then go to User Control Panel on here (at the top) and on the left side click Profile and then click Edit Avatar it will open a page and in the middle you will see upload from your machine then click browse find your picture you made earlier and then hit Submit making sure your picture is 80 x 80.....
