OK, I know the rest of you guys are probably like me and  READY  for this rain to be over. Especially since it is camping time this weekend!

Maybe if we ask nicely the dear Lord will grant us a respite... :D :P :D :P

I agree... I'm just thankful we're not getting it as bad as the people over in Chatt & Georgia wow have you seen that? I did dream last night that we were camping and it flooded... thankfully it was just a dream because that would never happen in real life

We had a good time, too, on the other side of the lake from you guys. Some friends of ours were tent camping but when we woke up Saturday morning their tent was there but they were gone. They left at 3:00 in the a.m. because of water standing in their tent. It got at least 3-4 inches deep  We're trying to talk them into buying a popup.....

Ces - I think 75% of pop ups are purchased by soggy tent owners. :D Hopefully they will find what works for them.

I know a soggy tent at Elkmont is what drove us to buy our pop-up. And we were in heaven camping in it!

I was keeping that in mind. Daniel came back out Saturday night and packed up the tent and we were encouraging him to think about getting a camper. I will talk to his wife, Terri, about it and I am going to tell her all about your coleman, George. I keep plugging it to my friends :D

The fire was very nice ( all we were missing was our camping family)...but you see the thing in the background? It's not a tent. We only had one tent out of the four we owned that did not leak, and it cost $650.00 :o
