Group Finances , Camp put me in charge of the donations you all gave this weekend for the forum and such.

114.00 was donated this weekend thank you all

so the first thing i did was turn it all into pennies( ohh shiny)

i gave NissanTech 4000 pennies to go toward the shelter this weekend

and we are spending 4000 pennies on Glow sticks wow pennies go a long way

and the remaining 3400 pennies we will put toward the forum.

we spend 500 pennies a month to keep the ad's off the forum so we don't get the goth dating service and such.

and 1000 pennies a year for the Camptn domain name.

Sounds Wonderful!! We did appreciate the reimbursement of the shelter even though we would've done it anyway...

Rowdy, Let us know when we should collect more pennies maybe we should do this twice a year? or more if needed!!

Looks like we need to start some penny jars to cover the other 3600 pennies for the forum costs.
I know Camp and Dutch do this as a labor of love, but we all share in the enjoyment and are more than happy to help with the costs.

The weight Police are going to come after this group. First it's Dutch Ovens (cast iron) then pennies. hahahaha.

I think rowdy wants us to pay with pennys next time the hat is passed..

I last saw Rowdy glueing cooper disks to the inside of his coffee can. He soooo loves shinny things.

Where were people donating? We didn't see any box or basket.... nothing. How do we donate the next time?

we literally passed the hat at the planning session that we had on saturday before the potluck, we will pass the hat next year at the planning session.

oh and lee thanks for the use of the hat
