Now that we have had two different types of planning meetings - one during a camp out and the other all by itself. Which way do you like better?

Please only vote if you have attended a planning meeting - either last years or this years.

I know this is not going to help... But either way was awesome... We love the way the camping is all planed that way you know what to plan for...

I'm not going to vote - I like it either way. The advantage to planning earlier this year: reservations for most of our trips aren't even open yet, so we should be able to get sites without any problems. Even though we weren't able to stay last year, I always enjoyed that event in the old days. It was fun hanging out in the cabin and/or inn. I kind of hate that we won't be doing that. Of course, there aren't any winter weather worries now that it's all planned.

OK I will vote I liked it last year. I liked being in the room and spending the night there. This year was good too so whatever the groups wants is really fine with me. What a wishy washy answer, oh well.

I like the separate meeting.... Use it as one of the "coffees" I get volunteered at the combined/ camp mtg.

I'm happy either way. I personally liked going somewhere to just plan and stay in a real room, but the economy makes it hard for everyone to be able to do that. I think in order to have more participation, connecting it with a camping trip probably works better. You can't beat the attendance we had at this meeting. It was great to see such a crowd.
