RV show at Shopryland

Postby RanCar » Sat Nov 07, 2009 6:29 pm

Randy and I went to the RV show and loved it. We loved it even more when we didn't see anything we liked more in our TT's size and price range. Not just that but we were reminded yet again what a good deal we got on Zingie, the unloved leftover.

There was one layout I really liked but it was 29' long, would necessitate we buy a larger tow vehicle and to pay for it, would have to sell our firstborns to the devil. :D We'll keep Zingie.

It was AWESOME!!!! If you didn't get a chance to go yesterday, you can still catch it today. The weather will be sunny and 75...perfect!!!

We ran into Beekeepers and went shopping with them. They too are looking for a different TT. Next spring maybe we should have a 'open trailer' for all the new units folks in the group purchases over the winter. :D

There were several new things we saw there. A 5ther that had the living room in the noise...way cool. There was a good mix of RVs. Many units for the average joe like us.

A new screen door slid dohinky. I full kitchen that slides out to the outside of the camper. Great for those that never want to cook inside or those tailgaters.

And Scenic RVs is at the show and they had both models of the Spree Steve and I are looking at. I think the 301 is the way we are going to go. But they also had the 261, which is the one we almost bought this spring. Both are AWESOME trailers by K-Z.

That's the thing there are so many varieties that you see one you like and are sold on it then the next day another one comes along and gets you thinking, it's tough buying one right now to narrow it down to the one that is exactly what you like..

Oh well that's why it's fun to go shopping!!

I miss those Bees. Hopefully they'll find a good hive and be able to join us next year.
