We're fine in Smyrna, Friday there were some pretty bad thunderstorms and I think today we're in for some more rain possibly storms with a chance of flooding so we'll keep our fingers crossed!

Oh My I have been watching your weather. Is this normal? I can't help but wonder if "Global Warming" is shifting the weather patterns.
I hope this finds ya'll High and Dry.....

no lee not "global Warming", just the jet stream moved north and broght the weather patterns that use to go through alabama up higher.
I remember as a child all they talked about was global cooling.
me thinks iit s a lot of global BS

But right now ...all hands on deck.

Our canoe had gallons of water in it today. You could have filled a baby-pool.
On the good side, by this coming weekend there shouldn't be anymore rain in the clouds.

Well I am glad that all is well.
Bob would a dry summer be bad? I would mean less humidity would it not? Out here in Calif. summer there is NO rain but everything turns a ugly brown. I prefer the green of Tennessee myself.

Lee -
There is no better place than TN.

Just remember if you don't like the weather, hang in there it will change. And if you can't wait just hope in the truck and drive over the next hill.
