One tornado was 2 or 3 miles from us. The neighbors say it was rough but everything seems to be good. SO the sheltons are accounted for. Like to hear from Karen and Dale!

The Neal's are also accounted for. We are right in the 24/840 junction, no damage to the house, just very shaken mom and girls. We heard the tornado as it was crossing over the area. Very Scary!

We're accounted for. The one that crossed over the interstate was about 3 miles from our house. I was watching it live on tv, knowing exactly where it was and wondering which direction it was headed. Jorge was on the front porch watching the clouds, Adriana and Rique were in the hall closet.
Glad to hear the Neals and Sheltons are safe...we all live fairly close together.
We're good too!! It's scary to see the damage on roads that we travel all the time I think it was about 10 miles down the road from us at least one of the hits from the tornado but glad we're all ok!!

We heard that there was a tornado that was on the ground at exit 117 off of I24 which is 3 miles from our location. It got sooooooo dark outside at the shop, I could not see a thing. We got some small hail, wind and heavy rain.
Kim, your Spree is OK too.
Kinda weird day. The weather people could not even keep up with all the torando warnings being issued. I felt like I was in the twilight zone for a couple of hours. No phone ringing and no customers. I actually got to finish my taxes.
I am here thinking... Now that the State has seen some severe weather I wonder if the Government will help with installing a Tornado Shelter. Apparently there are programs out there that are available. Does anyone know of them?
